The 2009 Chatsworth Gathering was an overwhelming success and and attracted 676 TVRs, thanks to all the helpers who worked miracles to make everything come together on the day, and to all that attended on the day.

| 04/04/2010 | Malton Big Brekfat Run | Specialist Cars of Malton in North Yorkshire Easter Sunday, 4th April, will see the next award winning Yorkshire Big Breakfast to be held at Specialist Cars of Malton in North Yorkshire. From 8.30am free refreshments will be available, there will be a chance to catch up with old friends, have a look at some beautiful cars, meet like minded enthusiasts and hopefully you'll have a drive out first. We have had up to 750 people at these events and a wide variety of rare and unusual sports cars. As last time all are welcome, please spread the word amongst your friends and other owners clubs, the more the merrier. |

| 20/06/2010 | Pre-80s Extravaganza 2010 | Pre 80’s Extravaganza 2010’ will be held at Newark Air Museum near Newark, Nottinghamshire. The site is home to a varied collection of around 40 aircraft, ranging from an Avro Vulcan through many examples of fighter and passenger aircraft. The date for Extravaganza has been chosen to coincide with Cockpit Fest 2010, when enthusiasts will be showing lovingly restored aircraft cockpits and also Aero’ Jumble, similar to an Auto Jumble but for aircraft bits. So if you really want to make your TVR fly, this is the place to be. The format will be similar to previous years and invites have been sent out to celebrities from the world of TVR as well as suppliers. In celebration of the company founder the trophy for the Concours de’ elegance is to be named ‘The Trevor Wilkinson Memorial Trophy’ and as with previous years will be awarded to the best Pre ‘80s car on show. Entry will be £6.50 per car, payable on the day. All members are welcome with any age of car, we have six acres of grass to play with allowing plenty of room for loads of cars. Please make a note in your diary and come along to what should be a great day out. |

This year the event is going to be bigger and better and has been thrown open to the whole TVR community, not just Chimaera owners. Angus has come up with some great ideas including your very own TVR Swap Shop. Remember Noel Edmunds, Saturday mornings, phoning in to swap your toys? With a cracking hotel deal thrown in for overnighters, this is adding up to be a great weekend. |
